As an immigrant who grew up in the Washington, DC area, she faced emotional challenges and trauma that often accompany cultural displacement and identity struggles. For over a decade, she struggled with depression, navigating the shadows of pain and isolation. Through therapy, self-reflection, and committed inner work, she found healing and hope. Today, she shares her story to inspire others to reclaim their peace, joy, and the light within.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and works in the public sector. Alongside her professional career, she volunteers in the mental health space and teaches fitness as part of her passion for promoting health, community, and resilience in others.
